Not that I don't like wine glasses or any other type of glass, but I believe there is more to it than just a glass and a hand. This series investigates the relationship between the hand, the mouth, and the glass. Maybe the glass isn't straight, maybe the glass isn't even a glass, maybe the stem wraps around the hand. The importance of this investigation is to push an object as far away as I can from its intended use. At that point, the object does not exist as itself but as an interpretation of the artist. If this doesn't make sense maybe it doesn't.
